Vinnie stands behind his work. If your property manager isn't happy with the clean, he'll come back and fix it free. Here's how it works.
- Report within 72 hours. Send the property manager's written notes (and photos if you have them) within 72 hours of your clean.
- Cleaning items only. The guarantee covers items included in the clean and add-ons you booked. Vinnie will return to re-clean those areas at no charge.
- Access. The property must be accessible for the re-clean, with power and water still connected.
- Not covered: damage, fair wear and tear, faded or peeling paint, pre-existing stains or marks that can't be removed by cleaning, carpet stains where carpet cleaning wasn't booked, mould regrowth, pest issues, rubbish or items left behind, outside windows, gardens, lawns and outdoor areas not booked, and anything re-soiled after the clean (for example by removalists, tradespeople or people returning to the property).
- The property must be empty at the time of the clean, with power, water and hot water on.
- A re-clean, not a refund. The guarantee is a free re-clean. Whether you receive your bond is decided by your lease, your property manager and the RTA, and can be affected by things outside cleaning, such as damage or unpaid rent. Vinnie Did It is not responsible for bond deductions.

What is the 72-hour re-clean guarantee?
If your property manager flags a cleaning item within 72 hours of your clean, Vinnie comes back and fixes it free. It covers cleaning only, not damage or wear and tear. Read the full terms.
How does the referral reward work?
After your booking you get a personal referral code. Your mate enters it when they book and gets $30 off. Once their clean is completed, you get $30 back.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, for bond cleans the home should be empty of furniture and belongings so every surface can be cleaned. Deep cleans can be done while you're living there.
Do you clean outside windows?
Bond cleans include the inside of every window, plus the tracks and sills. Outside glass isn't included, and Vinnie doesn't clean high or upstairs windows from the outside. If your lease asks for outside windows to be done, a specialist window cleaner with the right ladders and gear is the safe way to go.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just leave access instructions when you book. Vinnie will message you when he arrives and when he's done.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, everything is supplied. You just need power and water connected.
When do I pay?
You pay in full when you book, securely by card. Your day is locked in as soon as payment goes through.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free changes or cancellation up to 48 hours before your clean. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the booking is kept, because Vinnie only takes one job a day and can't fill the spot at short notice.
Which areas do you cover?
Brisbane and surrounds. No travel fee within 25 km of the CBD. Between 25 and 45 km (such as Ipswich, Logan and Redcliffe) there's a $30 travel fee. Further out? Call Vinnie on 0483 727 155.
What if the home is dirtier than I selected?
Choose the condition honestly when you book (photos help). If the home is noticeably worse on the day, Vinnie will send you photos before starting and the correct condition fee will be charged once you approve. If you don't approve, he'll clean to the booked scope only.
